Subspecialty Code Request

Initial education plan approval requires three documents (before graduate education begins*).

  1. The education plan that lists classes and degree plan (only last 4 digits of social security number).
  2. The course descriptions of each class in the education plan.
  3. The Education Skill Requirements (ESR) worksheet (see below).
Final transcript approval requires three documents (after graduate education ends*).
  1. Final transcripts (scanned email or high quality fax of official transcripts only showing last four digits of social security number or sealed paper mail transcripts sent to below address).
  2. The course descriptions of each class in the education plan.
  3. The Education Sakill Requirements (ESR) worksheet (see below).
* If you are working with USNA Graduate Programs or Graduate Education Voucher (GEV) programs work with the Program Manager.
