Accommodations

Lodging is arranged for participants and speakers in historic Herrmann Hall's East and West Wings under the management of the Navy Gateway Inns and Suites (NGIS).  

Reservations

The CEE will make the reservations for all attendees, but they are responsible for paying for their own room.  A confirmation number of their reservation will be emailed from the CEE prior to the course.  Attendees will need to contact NGIS at 831-656-2060/2069 with their government travel card to secure their room prior to arrival.
