 TNT 10-2

For the first time, TNT 10-2 occurred in Avon Park, Florida. This proved to have several advantages, including close proximity to MacDill Air Force Base and improved winter weather conditions, which was advantageous for UAS flight operations and for cross-country mobility. Over 400 participants came from more than 70 government organizations, 50 companies, and 5 universities. Because of the new experimentation location, there were more demonstrations and fewer experiments present than most TNTs, which tend to emphasize the improvement and development of participants’ systems rather than the exhibition of existing technologies.
