HELP! I cannot get into my favorite journal or database
Sorry – it is a new calendar year. Due to contracting problems and the delayed federal budget, we are experiencing some database and eJournal service interruptions. We hope to have all services restored by February but publishers are turning access off/on without notice so each day brings new interruptions.
If you are denied access to any of our electronic resources, you may ask for help at the General Information or Ask a Librarian desk, or place an Interlibrary Loan request and we will quickly borrow the article/book you need during this unfortunate interruption to our service.
Thanks for your patience, we are working hard to restore access. Please check back in a few day if you were denied access.

Looking for an available computer?
Check the TV screens in our lobby and on the wall by our Information desk to see what computers in the library are available for you to use. We created a map that includes the availability of all the computers on the first and second floors of the library. This map is updated in real time and helps you find an available computer as soon as you arrive to the library!

Faculty Publications for Facebook
Did you know that Dudley Knox Library highlights recent faculty publications on our Facebook page? We celebrate faculty research and want to make NPS research contributions more visible. We identify faculty publications through preconfigured alerts in several research databases. Although we strive to highlight all recent faculty publications, these alerts do not locate every publication.
If you are a NPS faculty or staff member and have published a book or book chapter within the last calendar year or a journal article within the last six months, please let us know by emailing the information about your publication to firstname.lastname@example.org. Please indicate subject header of email as: Faculty publications for Facebook
