This service is limited to the faculty, students (including distance learning students) and staff of the Naval Postgraduate School. Requests must be for material in support of classroom teaching, research, studies, or other NPS mission-related tasks.

Interlibrary Loan is the process of sharing resources between libraries. While this service is provided at a cost to the library, there is no cost to you the borrower.

New users to our Interlibrary Loan and Document Delivery service will be asked to register. Click on the First Time Users Click to Register button and proceed to complete the simple registration page. Once registered, users are required simply to logon to place requests, view outstanding requests, view/download articles, view request history and more.
Items are generally received within two to ten days. Turnaround time depends upon the type of item requested (book, article, video, etc.) and the availability of the requested item at the libraries contacted. When placing requests, please take this into consideration.
You may submit your interlibrary loan requests using our Request Article or Book link located under 'Quick Links' on the left of the screen. Remember to login to the Interlibrary Loan and Document Delivery System, or register as a first time user if you have not already done so.

Documents that are provided via Web delivery will remain on your documents list for 30 days. The system will automatically remove and delete documents 30 days after your original e-mail notification whether or not they have been viewed and/or downloaded. We recommend that you download the documents if you anticipate requiring long term access to them.
