Graduation Information and Schedule of Events for June 2013
Student Resources and Info | Tues 11 JUN | King Hall: 1500 (Awardees are to be checked in and in their assigned seats by 1415) The uniform for U.S. Navy students, staff, and faculty, participating in the ceremony will be Summer White. The equivalent uniform for other services will be: U.S. Coast Guard Tropical Blue; U.S. Marine Corps Service Class "Charlie"; U.S. Air Force Blue Short/Long Sleeves; and U.S. Army Class B's. Ribbons no medals, gloves or covers. Any questions regarding uniforms should be directed to service branch liaison officers. Civilian awardees should wear appropriate civilian attire. A meet and greet Awards reception will follow immediately after the Awards Ceremony on the Quarterdeck for Sponsors, Presenters, and awardees' guests. |
| Thurs 20 JUN | Lined up in the Root Hall Breezeway by 0900. Appropriate civilian attire is required during rehearsal.

| Fri 21 JUN | King Hall: 1000 Graduates are required to be lined up in the breezeway of Root Hall by 0900.
The uniform for U.S. Navy students, staff, and faculty will be Service Dress White. The equivalent uniform for other services will be: U.S. Coast Guard Service Dress White; U.S. Marine Corps Service Dress Blue/White "Bravo" (with no covers, gloves, or Sam Browne belt; U.S. Air Force Service Dress; and U.S. Army Class A's (green) or New Class A’s (blue). Ribbons no medals, gloves or covers. Any questions regarding uniforms should be directed to service branch liaison officers. Civilian awardees should wear appropriate civilian attire. The equivalent uniform for other services will be: U.S. Coast Guard Tropical Blue Long sleeves; U.S. Marine Corps Service Class "Charlie"; U.S. Air Force Blue Short Sleeves Blue; and U.S. Army Class Class B’s. International - Working uniform or equivalent. Any questions regarding uniforms should be directed to service branch liaison officers. Civilian should wear appropriate civilian attire. |
| Mon 8 JUL | The Naval Postgraduate School’s New Spouse Orientation will be held, Monday, July 8, 2013 at the American Legion, Post 591, 1000 Playa Avenue in Seaside, California, from 6:00pm - 8:00pm covering information on NPS/POM organizations such as:
- Monterey Bay Officer Spouses Cub (MBOSC)
- Fleet and Family Support
- Army Community Services
- Medical Care During your Tour of Duty in Monterey
- TRICARE
- Naval Postgraduate School & POM Schools Liaison Officers
All students and their spouses are invited to attend. Please come join us for an informational evening.
