Prof. Wade Huntley, an NSA faculty with expertise in nuclear weapons proliferation, spoke about North Korea’s nuclear weapon’s program at the Defense Language Institute’s Foreign Area Officer’s training in June. His talk covered an overview of the North Korean proliferation history and treaty/framework efforts to deal with it.  His talk is featured in the August 2016 DLI publication In Brief (see page 16).
