Thesis Processing Brief: Mandatory for March 2023 Graduates

** Future graduates are encouraged to attend**

What: Learn how to get your thesis accepted by the Thesis Processing Office (TPO), the final step listed on your Python Thesis Dashboard! The brief will cover the submission process, schedule, and formatting, and lasts approximately 55 minutes.

Where: Attend in-person in GL 102 or virtually—Zoom software download is required.
When: Three sessions are offered; pick only one*:

  • Tuesday, 10 January at Noon PST, Glasgow 102 or via webinar
  • Wednesday, 11 January at Noon PST, Glasgow 102 or via webinar
  • Thursday, 12 January at Noon PST, Glasgow 102 or via webinar

  • In-person attendees: Immediately following the brief, you will be handed an attendance code to enter into your Python Thesis Dashboard’s Milestones section.
  • Webinar attendees: The week following the brief, you will be emailed an attendance code to enter into your Python Thesis Dashboard’s Milestones section.
  • Viewers watching the recording: Please contact your ed tech for an attendance code to enter into your Python Thesis Dashboard’s Milestones section.

Only March 2023 master’s graduates and June 2023 doctoral candidates will receive codes for attendance credit at the January briefs.

*If you miss the live presentation, you are required to view all handouts and watch the recorded brief video, which will be posted at the above URL the week of 16 January.
