Overview

Edward H. Powley, Ph.D. (Ned) is an Associate Professor of Management at the Naval Postgraduate School. He teaches organizational behavior He has published scholarly and practitioner articles on organizational change, organizational resilience, leadership and organizational healing. Ned has approximately 25 years experience in organizational development, having consulted, conducted research, and coached executives in a variety of organizations including Johns Hopkins Univeristy Medical Institutes, Prudential Retirement, U.S. Environmental Protection Agency, U.S. Navy, Roadway Express, Staples, The Home Depot, and Stephen R. Covey and Associates. He has a Ph.D. in Organizational Behavior from Case Western Reserve University.
