Protestant Worship Services

Christ The King Protestant Community

Our 1030 Sunday service is an informal time of worship with hymn singing, prayer, reading of God's Word, and proclamation of the gospel of Jesus Christ. We hope you will come if stationed in the Monterey area or just visiting the Naval Postgraduate School temporarily. Communion is offered the first Sunday of each month at this service. Worship is led by Chaplain Mark Giralmo and by members of the chapel community.

Religious Offering Fund

The chapel routinely donates approximately 50% of its offerings to various charities, with the balance going toward providing flowers for worship, refreshments (for after worship, marriage refresher days, and potlucks), and other expenses.  Recent donations have been to Campus Crusade for Christ, Officers Christian Fellowship, Navigators, La Mesa Women's Bible Study, Child Evangelism Fellowship of Monterey, Evangelical Ministerial Association, the Salvation Army, Compassion Pregnancy Center, Monterey Military Projects, Interfaith Pastoral Counseling, Dorothy's Kitchen, Gideons, Bible Literature International, Missionary Aviation Fellowship, Voice of the Martyrs, World Vision, and Wycliffe Bible Translators.

Please join us for fellowship and coffee following each service.
