On March 10th, Professor of Practice Tom Steffens represented the Naval Postgraduate School’s Department of Acquisition, Finance, and Manpower at the Society of Defense Financial Managers Professional Development Institute (National Capital Region). Professor Steffens led a panel with an audience of over 400 participants on the Impact of the 2026 DoW Audit Strategy upon Military Departments and participated in an additional panel covering Strategy for Financial Management Training.
