“Continuing Education for Professional Success”
DDM provides Continuing Education in the form of Executive and Management Development programs. Short courses (online and in person) provide opportunities for continuing education and in some cases graduate credits or certifications. Programs are provided in residence, via VTE; and internationally, by DDM faculty with both academic and professional experience in discipline areas. DDM offers unique programs to serve Defense community needs.
This course is intended to help U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) logistics professionals improve supply chain performance to better support health care operations. The course will systematically review the implications of supply chain design on the inter-related performance measures of cost, delivery response time, service levels (fill rates) and capacity. The goal of the course is to support VA logisticians in their efforts to provide top-level service and rapid response, at minimum cost.
