Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) - Equal Employment Opportunity
DON Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) services are available to all employees and managers through the ADR Center of Excellence. Participants usually find that ADR helps improve the working relationship in their office and has a high likelihood to resolve the issue.
Managers and employees should contact the NPS EEO Office to start the ADR process and obtain the services of qualified neutrals. Employees are not charged for the services of the neutral, and commands usually do not incur any expenses either.
