Q1 How can I get CAC support?
A1. The office is open. For renewals and new cards, please make an appointment. For pin reset, drop ins are welcome. More information.

Appointments:
* An appointment is needed to renew your CAC or to get a new one.
* To schedule an appointment, please use the following link: https://rapids-appointments.dmdc.osd.mil
* Walk-ins are welcomed for pin reset
and will be seen between appointments, which are scheduled from 0800–1500 M–F every 30 minutes.
