IDARM concluded a two week "Defense Logistics and Life Cycle Management" course at the MoD in Brasilia, Brazil and Dr. Keebom Kang, Associate Professor of Logistics, presented a distinguished alumni award to one of its guest speakers, VADM Marcelo Barreto Rodrigues, Special Military Advisor to the Minister of State for Defense of the Brazilian Navy Supply Corps. The course placed emphasis on the critical role of logistics planning and life cycle considerations, to include the importance of human capital management and fostering accountability and transparency.
