How do we deliver rigorous, timely, and developmentally appropriate evaluation and feedback in a time-limited environment where AI tools increasingly shape how students generate, revise, and reflect on their work? This workshop helps faculty clarify where AI supports evaluative judgment and how to align AI-assisted feedback with PME learning objectives while preserving faculty authority, ethics, and intellectual rigor. Grounded in AI integration practices designed for military educators and leaders, participants gain practice with AI-assisted feedback prompts, rubric calibration techniques, and structured workflows for scalable, high-quality evaluation.
