Note: This guidance was created for the Naval Postgraduate School population. If you are from another command, the information provided here may be useful for you but it is also highly recommended that you check with your command safety office for any special guidance or considerations.
Status: NAVNORTH FPCON B, DOD HPCON A, and Monterey County ‘Low’
NPS requires: in accordance with Consolidated Department of Defense Coronavirus Disease 2019 Force Health Protection Guidance of March 2023 and NPS COVID Mitigation Plan Update #10.
- Masks: NOT-required indoors regardless of vaccination status.
- Occupancy:
- < 100% ( HPCON A)
- In-person modality

Telework: Liberal. Subject to mission requirements, purpose decrease space occupancy.
- Self Screen: Do not come in if sick, feeling "off" or "bad allergies"
- If close contact to a COVID-19 No quarantine if: boosted, < 6 Months of mRNA Vaccine, or < 2 Months of J&J . Must wear mask for 10 days in the workplace.
