Join the National Center for Faculty Development and Diversity (NCFDD)

NPS is now an institutional member of the National Center for Faculty Development and Diversity (NCFDD). The NCFDD is a nationally recognized, independent organization that provides online career development and mentoring resources.

To create your free Institutional Membership, complete the following steps:

1. Go to https://www.facultydiversity.org/join. Scroll down to the Activate Your Institutional Membership Account section, located mid-page. Prior NPS account holders must register again.

2. Select Naval Postgraduate School from the drop-down menu.

3. Click the Activate my Membership button.

4. Complete the registration form using your NPS email address. Create your own unique password for this NCFDD account (do not use your NPS account password).

5. Check your NPS email to find a confirmation/welcome email. Click Activate Account in the email.

As an active NCFDD member, you can personalize a plan to benefit from a variety of virtual
