The ASPIRE forward learning interagency initiative is developing the first-ever, AI-enabled talent management system for the Navy and federal partners. Building on each user's gaps, it personalizes the learning ensuring the workforce maintains leading edge knowledge and experience, automatically providing learning pathways to build individual competencies and support agile management. Each learner obtains personalized credentialing based on a competency achieved.
