Innovation Cycle

Our innovation cycle is grounded in a 5-step process that is being scaled across DoD. At NPS, our operationally experienced students inform the innovation process. The Naval Warfare Studies Institute at NPS works with the fleet to identify and curate problems in collaboration with the new NPS Office of Research and Innovation (OR&I). Together with partners from industry, NPS innovation moves research concepts from idea to impact.
