  • Processing of non-DTS business travel

  • Entry of foreign clearance requests via APACS

Defense Travel System

The Defense Travel System (DTS) is a fully integrated, automated, end-to-end travel management system that enables DoD travelers to create authorizations (TDY travel orders), prepare reservations, receive approvals, generate travel vouchers, and receive a split reimbursement between their bank accounts and the Government Travel Charge Card (GTCC) vendor.

CitiManager, Citi's online GTCC account management system, provides cardholders with a single point of access to view statements online, confirm account balances, make payments, sign up for paperless statements, set up timely alerts and much more.

The Defense Travel Management Office (DTMO) is the single focal point for commercial travel within DoD. DTMO maintains central oversight for commercial travel management, travel policy and implementation, travel card program management, customer support and training, functional oversight of the Defense Travel System (DTS), and station and housing allowances program management.

Travel Explorer (TraX) offers a centralized source of travel information to include travel assistance, training, access to trip tools, and other useful information.
