Overview

Brennan D. Cox, Ph.D., is a Lieutenant Commander in the U.S. Navy and a designated Aerospace Experimental Psychologist. He completed his graduate training in Industrial and Organizational Psychology at Auburn University, where he received awards in both research and teaching excellence. He received a commission in the U.S. Navy in 2010 and completed naval flight training in 2011, at which time he was recognized as the top Medical Service Corps graduate of his class. His areas of expertise include personnel selection, performance measurement, and human-systems integration. Dr. Cox's work in these areas appears in over 50 scientific journals, edited books, technical reports, and conference proceedings.
Research Interests
Applying the principles of industrial and organizational psychology to develop, evaluate, and implement measures and technologies that optimize individual and organizational performance.
