Captain Bob Huddleston, USN (Ret.) operated in every theater of the world and was engaged in operational intelligence assignments at the Squadron, Air Wing, Carrier Strike Group, Fleet, Joint, NATO and National levels. His specialties included contingency targeting, mission planning and both satellite-based and aerial reconnaissance.  He also led DoD efforts to establish the first Joint Targeting School and the first Joint Task Force dedicated to conducting inter-agency counter-narcotic operations.  After retirement, Bob operated as an independent consultant to DOD, DHS, the Intelligence Community and industry for twelve years before joining CEE.
