Provide executive education options to Navy leaders through tailored courses, seminars and workshops to maximize financial literacy, develop strategic thinking, enhance decision making and effective communication, promote innovation and manage risk.

Our wide array of courses support leaders ranging from post-command O-5's, O-6's and GS-13-15's to SES's; E7-E10 and Flags up to the 4-star level (incl. USMC equivalent).

  Executive Education

The Center for Executive Education (CEE) designs and delivers both standing and customized executive education programs that address the strategic needs of Navy and joint organizations. The Center offers these programs at their facilities at the Naval Postgraduate School in Monterey, California or at off-site locations near major Navy concentration areas. All programs are designed to enable Navy leaders to manage and lead more effectively by engaging participants in case studies, team exercises, practical applications, and focused lectures.

Participants learn from on-site faculty, senior Navy leaders, and other instructors and subject matter experts with extensive Navy, DoD and industry experience to help promote the best management practices applicable to military organizations.
