UCSC Professor Emerita Isebill Gruhn will address the issue of Britain’s decision to leave the European Union (Brexit), one of the most important and potentially consequential decisions of the 21st century. Dr. Gruhn will focus on what comes next and what the likely steps and consequences are for Europe, Britain, and the U.S. The talk is free and will take place Tuesday evening (13 September) at the Monterey Library (625 Pacific Street). Doors open at 6:00 p.m. for light snacks.
