Summary | The USPTC has developed a multi-year partner engagement model, which develops sustainable partner capacity resulting in a true force multiplier effect, thereby most effectively meeting combined objectives and maximizing the return on investment of USG funding. This strategic approach follows four distinct phases: we focus on the initial phase in this proposal. NPS-USPTC faculty and staff, Government of Brazil personnel, and DF4D Pilot Country personnel, along with multi-national partners as appropriate, will work together throughout the period of performance of this statement of work to achieve the objectives, goals, and deliverables stated herein. Increasing transparency in target countries will be achieved by the unique approach of taking a whole of government approach that focuses on all three pillars of "Building Integrity". |
