Mr. Danial Pick
Director of International Graduate Programs
Mr. Danial Pick serves as the Director of International Graduate Programs at the Naval Postgraduate School in Monterey, CA. Mr. Pick previously served as Principal Deputy Assistant Secretary of Defense for Special Operations and Low-Intensity Conflict (ASD (SOLIC)). In this capacity he assisted the ASD (SOLIC) in the execution of Department-wide counterterrorism and irregular warfare policy, operational oversight, and execution of service secretary-like responsibilities over U.S. SOCOM.
Dr. Mowafiq Alanazi
Associate Director of International Graduate Programs
Dr. Mowafiq Alanazi is an Associate Director for the International Graduate Program Office at NPS. Prior to joining NPS, Mowafiq was an Associate Director for Student Leadership at NYU Abu Dhabi campus. He built and developed a comprehensive, inclusive leadership program for undergraduate students across disciplines.
Mr. Craig Coder
International Military Student Officer (IMSO)
Mr. Craig Coder (Craig) joined the Naval Postgraduate School (NPS) in February of 2024, after serving 3 years on the NPS campus as International Military Student Specialist (IMSS)/International Military Student Officer (IMSO) in DSCA’s Institute for Security Governance. In his IMSO role, Mr. Coder serves as the primary point of contact for International Military Students undergoing training at the NPS and is responsible for the administrative coordination and management of academic, social, and cultural integration activities to ensure success of visiting international officers and civilian officials.
