The NWSI Leadership Team Unites Experience and Expertise Across the NPS Campus.

• Directors and key leaders wear "two hats" on the NPS campus, one as Warfare Chairs or Senior Service Representatives and another as NWSI leaders who connect people and capabilities both on the NPS campus and to operational units. 
• Warfare Chairs are aligned in support of NWSI. They provide guidance of critical capabilities maintained by the NPS research community, regularly consulting with warfighting communities and subject matter experts in the field.
• Branch leads coordinate research, education, events, and partnerships wiht a keen focus on four key priority areas that drive innovation across the joint force.

With this team, NWSI keeps NPS responsive to the needs of the Navy, Marines, and the Joint Forces.
