Among the 300-plus NPS students graduating this Friday is U.S. Marine Corps Maj. Hannah Crawford, receiving her master’s degree in Operations Research as well as a graduate certificate in Data Science.

At Friday’s Spring Quarter graduation ceremony, more than 300 NPS students will be recognized not just for their academic achievements, but also for diverse and innovative research efforts meant to address important issues encountered by the fleet and joint force.

Congratulations to U.S. Navy Lt. Cmdr. Lindsey Darling, who is graduating from NPS tomorrow, June 21, with a master’s degree in Meteorology and Physical Oceanography, and has been recognized with the Oceanographer of the Navy Award for Outstanding Academic Performance in Meteorology and Oceanography.

A total of 335 graduates, including U.S. and international military officers, and DOD civilians, completed their studies this quarter. The Spring Quarter class includes 158 U.S. Navy; 81 U.S. Marine Corps; 28 U.S. Army; 13 U.S. Air Force; 3 U.S. Coast Guard; 24 U.S. DOD Civilian; 24 Distance Learning; 1 Army Reserve National Guard; and 27 international graduates representing 19 countries.
