Cybersecurity and Cyber Operations in the Computer Science Masters Degree Program
C3O supports two tracks within the Master of Computer Science Degree program: The Cyber Operations Track and Cybersecurity and Defense Track. With different advanced courses, these tracks offer an advanced educational package covering the concepts, issues, theories, and technologies that affect the secure processing, transference, and storage of digital information, as well as the use of cyberspace for cyber operations. Track courses begin with foundational cybersecurity topics, then progress to more in-depth coverage of such specialized areas as: Cyber Operations, Information System Security Engineering, Secure Protocols and Networks, Secure System Design.
Through the efforts of C3O, NPS has been certified by the National Security Agency and the Department of Homeland Security as a
