Graduates earning “with Highest Distinction” honors by completing the Joint Professional Military Education (JPME) program in the top five percent of their class are Navy Cmdr. Sean Dougherty, Navy Lt. Cmdrs. Halford Haskell, Samuel Lehner, Navy Lts. Katelyn M. George, and Robert Putrino.
Graduates earning “with Distinction” honors by completing the JPME program in the top 15 percent of their class are Army Majs. Jonathan Baker, Jonathan Denton, Austin Liu, and Trisha Wyman; Navy Lts. Brian Gureck, Joseph Jablonski, Chris Lelah, Mark Lindle, William Race, Marcos Rodriguez, Michael Sjoholmsierchio, Samuel Strelkoff, Kevin Touw, and Ryan Wisz.

Through the NPS-NWC partnership, a total of 5,544 officers have earned their Joint Professional Military Education (JPME) Phase I certification since the program’s inception in September 1999.
