Graduated University of Michigan with a BS NA&ME. Earned a MSME and subsequently a PhD through the NPS MAE Department. Served in the Navy as a Surface Warfare Officer and Engineering Duty Officer prior to transitioning to the Navy Reserve. Holding the rank of CAPT, he is assigned as the Puget Sound Naval Shipyard and Intermediate Maintenance Facility Reserve Resources Program Manager. Current director of the Total Ship Systems Engineering (TSSE) Program.
