Rebecca Lorentz received a Masters in Public Policy from the Panetta Institute in 2010 - doing her thesis work on the application of anti-insurgency theories to the problem of domestic gang violence. Since 2012 she has been on the leadership team for the Information Operations Center at NPS, currently serving as the Director.
